1. The product I bought is not in my inventory

Please log in at www.secondlife.com and go to your transactions history. Find the purchase of the lost item. Copy and paste it into a notecard, and send the notecard to Mallory Cowen. Your lost purchase will be delivered as soon as we do our daily check on the transactions.

2. I was charged twice for the exact same item

Please log in at www.secondlife.com and go to your transactions history. Find the duplicate purchases. Copy and paste BOTH transactions into a notecard and send to Mallory Cowen. You will be refunded for one of the purchases as soon as we do our daily check on the transactions.

3. I want to request a refund.

All LAQ products are No Transfer, which means they can not be returned to the creator. Therefore, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges. Please be careful when you click on things and try our free demos, to make sure you buy the things you want.
We only offer refunds when:
- You bought the exact same item twice(see FAQ2).
- There is a problem with an item that is not visible in the demo.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Accidental purchases.
- Products that are intact and correct.

8. How do I make my avatar look like in your ads?

In our store there is a notecard called "Styling notecard", that we continuously update with information on what is worn in our ads. Pick up this notecard and follow the instructions in there. Teleport now:

9. Can I get custom work made from LAQ?

LAQ does not do any custom work for individual avatars, everything we create will be sold at our store. But we do find it very inspiring to hear what you would like us to create in the future! We have a "Feedback" box in our store, so feel free to send drop a notecard with your suggestions there! If you can include pictures, it will be helpful too. We can not guarantee that we will reply or fulfill the request, but please be sure that it is being very appreciated!

10. I have found skins that are stolen from LAQ

If you see any LAQ products being sold anywhere else than our store, please send the landmark to: Winter DiPrima.

11. I have a vendor offer/business proposal for LAQ

We do not accept any vendor offers or business proposals at the moment.
